The scheme provides a basic subsidy for three and four year old
children up to a maximum of 20 hours per week or 6 hours per day.
This subsidy does not cover the cost of high teacher to student
ratios, meals, outings and remaining hours that your child is at
the centre. As Elim International Kids provides these additional
services, it is necessary for us to charge you for these to cover
our costs. Elim International Kids passes the entire subsidy received
from the Government directly on to the parent or caregiver through
the reduction of fees.
Charges will be applied for the days the child is registered for.
An additional $10 will be charged for every five minutes you are
late in collecting your child.
Payment is for 52 weeks of the year and paid one week in advance
by Automatic Payment. (A bond of one week's fees is also required,
and refunded at the end of your time at the Centre.) Your first
payment will require an additional $20 enrolment fee. Invoices will
be issued on a weekly basis. If your child is enrolled, payment
is required whether or not your child is able to attend. You are
required to advise Elim International Kids two weeks prior to leaving
the service.
Parents who are applying for a WINZ subsidy must get the subsidy
pre-approved or pay normal fees until the centre receives the subsidy.
Centre will reimburse parents for any over payment.
It is the parents responsibility to ensure that a WINZ subsidy
is renewed and they are liable for any shortfall incurred during
this period. Parents must pay the first invoice and show proof that
an automatic payment has been set up before their child(ren)s
first day of attendance at the Centre.
Note: Fees, education classes, session times may be subject to
change.
In accordance with the 'Revised Statement of Desirable Objectives
and Practices (DOPS) for Chartered Early Childhood Services in New
Zealand' Elim International Kids is required to make our audited
annual financial statement available to educators, parents/guardians,
whanau, the local community and government, to account for the use
of Ministry of Education funding. If you belong to one of these
groups and would like to view a copy of our audited financial statement,
please contact Andrew Pratley on info@elimkids.org.nz.
